During the 2020-2021 Pandemic an amusement park called Fuji-Q Highland in Tokyo, Japan encouraged it's patrons to "Scream Inside of Their Hearts" as a means of preventing the spread of coronavirus. When a person vocalizes a scream, vaporized droplets are emitted from the mouth which can increase the spread of disease which is why screaming was discouraged. The amusement park created a hilarious video to promote this rule in which two men in business attire are shown riding a roller coaster. The men are shown maintaining stone-faced (non screaming) expressions for the entirety of the ride. "Scream Inside Your Hearts" is the perfect nutshell theme for 2020-2021 because face it - we have all had to "scream inside of our hearts".
