Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Currently, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged upon receipt. Being that this is a very small company with personally curated items, returns and exchanges are not feasible at this time. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I aim to be as transparent as possible in all of my product descriptions. My goal is to provide each buyer with 100% satisfaction regarding purchased items. If an item is damaged upon arrival I will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Statement regarding vintage and antique items:

Vintage/antique goods will exhibit wear that is appropriate to the age of the item. I attempt to purchase items that I would feel comfortable displaying in my own home and/or keeping for myself thus I strive to find pieces that are in good/excellent condition. Please expect varying layers of patina which give each piece its own "seasoning". I do my best to describe any flaws in every piece. Please look at the pictures that are posted for details and let me know if you have any questions.

Statement regarding handmade items:

Please note that handmade items are created by a human (me) and there may be some minor imperfections which is typical for all DIY goods. I will post pictures of each item that clearly reflects what the item looks like as well as a detailed description. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
