Spark conversation with this vintage inspired tee that reminds us of the times when we've had to stifle powerful emotions for the good of those around us. On this shirt, an illustration of a vintage style rabbit is depicted riding a roller coaster while (hopefully) screaming inside of his heart.
To further explain this motto and imagery, one must think back to a time when socializing wasn't so easy. We must also attempt to understand the cultural implications of this global catastrophe. During the Covid-19 pandemic an amusement park called Fuji-Q Highland (in Tokyo, Japan) encouraged roller coaster riders to "Scream Inside of Their Hearts" instead of unleashing actual vocalized screams. This was done a means of preventing the spread of coronavirus.
From a purely scientific standpoint, it has been found that when a person screams, vaporized droplets are emitted from the mouth which can increase the spread of disease (which is why screaming was discouraged). The amusement park created a hilarious video to promote this rule in which two men in business attire are shown silently riding a roller coaster. The men are shown maintaining stone-faced (non screaming) expressions for the entirety of the ride. The motto"Scream Inside Your Hearts" is a humorous take on all of the senseless suffering and bottled up emotions we've all had to endure.
